29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  a) At Skyborne International Kellyton, Alabama:  On or about September 3, 2014 and at times prior;  the employer exposed his employees to hazardous chemicals and substances that include, but not limited to Helium, Diesel, Bonderite, Mylar xm34p, Methylene Chloride and WD-40 without maintaining a written hazard communication program, MSDS's and providing the employees with information and training on these chemicals and substances as required by the standard.
