29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii). a). Northside of Fuel Station Canopy - On or about 3 September 2014, the second tier working levels were not fully planked on the two mobile scaffolding units that were used to install aluminum composite material paneling, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of 11.05 feet onto concrete ground.
