29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).    On or about 4 September 2014, on two separate job sites within the Cap Rock subdivision, the employer did not ensure that frequent and regular job site inspections were performed where employees were exposed to a fall hazard in excess of 10 feet while working from pump jack scaffolds and the hazard of being struck by either falling tools, materials, debris, or flying objects.     1) At 2012 Bold Sundown, a worker was exposed to a fall hazard of ~22 feet to the ground, while other hazards existed, such as being struck to the head by falling tools, materials, or debris, and struck by flying objects from using a pneumatic nail gun.    2) At 2308 Gift Horse Pass, two workers using pump jack scaffolds on opposite sides of the residence under construction were elevated at ~11 feet 8 inches and ~12 feet 9 inches without fall protection.    Buffalo Framing & Truss LP was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314301367, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/26/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 4484 Wandering Vine Trail, Round Rock, TX 78664.
