29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Front porch roof of residence at Lot 127 Highlands of Newnan Crossing subdivision. An employee was not protected from falling approximately 10-feet 4-inches to ground level while installing a moisture proof house wrap from an unprotected porch roof. The employee was not wearing personal fall arrest system nor had guard rails or safety nets been installed to provide protection from falling.
