29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage:     On or about 09/04/14 located at 4925 Pont Du Gard Dr., GA: Employer failed to protect a flexible extension cord that ran across the street and was being damaged by vehicles along the length of the extension cord that employees were using.

On or about 09/04/14 located at 4925 Pont Du Gard Dr., Cumming, GA:  Employees installing plywood on the 2nd floor while working from an unprotected floor were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10.7 feet.
