29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) On or about August 1, 2014 at 802 S Gay Street, Auburn, Al: The employer failed to ensure employees involved in shingle work on a residential home used fall protection which exposed employees to the hazards associated with a fall of 13 feet 2 inches from a 5:12 pitch roof to the ground. ALEJANDRO RAMIREZ PEREZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 941727, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON November 23, 2013 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 353 N DONOHUE ST., AUBURN, ALABAMA 36832.
