29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) South Enola Road and State Street Harrisburg, PA - Employee were utilizing a JLG 660-SJ aerial lift to perform work activities and were not protected/restrained inside the basket by the use of a fall harness and attached lanyard, thereby exposing the employees to a possible fall hazard of approximately 20 to 27 feet, on or about August 15, 2014. No abatement certification or documentation required.
