OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm, in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards:  Warehouse - On or about 09/04/14 and at times prior thereto employees walking/working in proximity of storage racks throughout the warehouse building were exposed to be struck-by and/or crushed by metal racks and stored materials in the event of a collapse of the free standing, unanchored metallic storage racks. The employer failed to ensure that all metal rack columns were anchored to the floor.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
