29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about September 4, 2014, at 4950 Odum Lake Trail, Cumming, Georgia: a) One employee performing roofing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 16.6-feet to greater than 25-feet when he worked from the roof of the house while incorrectly tied off to the front of his harness. b) One employee performing roofing work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 16.6-feet to greater than 25-feet when he worked from the roof of the house without tying off to his lifeline.
