29 CFR 1926.501(b)(5): Each employee on the face of formwork or reinforcing steel was not protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, or positioning device systems: a) Hainesport Shoprite, Rt 38, Hainesport: On or about 09/02/2014, two Custom Craft Concrete employees working on the face of concrete formwork / reinforcing rebar were not protected by PFAS, safety nets or positioning devices and were exposed to fall hazards of 16 feet.
