29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:  a- The Glen @ West Windsor, 2300 Osprey Way, West Windsor NJ: Employees, not wearing a full body harness with lanyard attached or supplied with alternate fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet to the ground surface below when performing trim installation and other related activities from a third story roof with pitches ranging from approximately 4 on 12 to approximately 8 on 12.  Condition observed on or about 09/02/14.
