29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:     This violation was observed on or about September 5, 2014 at 800 Garth Brooks Blvd, Yukon, Oklahoma, Baldwin Acoustics & Drywall Inc. did not ensure each employee was wearing a safety harness with lanyard attached to the proper anchor points while in the Genie Z-45/25J Articulating Boom Aerial lift basket exposing employees to a fall from approximately 20 ft. to the ground below.
