Instance #1: The Komatsu Forklift LH271, had damaged forks, left fork measured at 56 inches, and the right fork measured approximately 59.5 inches.     Instance #2: The Komatsu Forklift LH2717, had right headlight that was not working.    Instance #3: The Komatsu Forklift LH279, had a damaged seat and both headlights were not working.     Instance #4: The Komatsu Forklift LH2722, had right headlight that was not working.      Instance #5: The Komatsu Forklift LH 2720, had damage to the forks, the edge of the forks were curled upward.     Alliance Ground International LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this OSHA Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29CFR 1910.178(p)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 952155, Citation number 1, Item number 1.
