29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a)Frias, Alejandro at 5632 Condor Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525: On and before August 23rd, 2014, the employer did not ensure that employees wore safety glasses when using or working in the vicinity of pneumatic nail guns. The condition exposed employees to the hazard of projectiles to the eyes.
