29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a)Rangel, Jesus Gonzalez at 2026 Caribou Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525: On and before August 30th, 2014, the employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when laying roofing felt on this two story building with 6 in 12 pitch roof. The condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 20 feet.
