29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: On or about 9/04/2014, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not kept in a clean condition the following locations: 1) Eye wash area where water fountain and laundry tub are located at truck repair shop. 2) North wall where Keiyo Seiki model KG-1000 and Bridgeport serial J-90669 equipment are located. 3) South wall at truck repair area. NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT MUST BE PROVIDED FOR THIS ITEM.
