29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(B):When an unqualified person is working on the ground in the vicinity of overhead lines, the person may not bring any conductive object closer to unguarded, energized lines than the distance given in paragraph (c)(3)(i)(A) of this section: On or about September 6th, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards when working in close proximity to overhead power lines (13kv).
