29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail systems, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: (a) Flores Gutters at 1717 E. 39th Ave., Denver, CO 80205: On and before August 28, 2014 the controlling employer did not ensure their employees were protected from injury, in that four employees engaged in roofing work on the flat roof of a commercial building were exposed to falls of approximately 22 feet without the use of an adequate fall protection system.
