29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a)Armstrong Relocation at 3350 N. Odessa Way, Aurora, CO 80011: On and before September 3rd, 2014, the employer did not ensure that the exit routes through the floor storage (overflow) area were kept free and unobstructed. The emergency exit door located at the north corner of the building was inaccessible because there was a multitude of miscellaneous household goods on the floor preventing its full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency. The condition prevented employees access to the exit in the event of an emergency.
