29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 4340 Prestwick Drive, Reading, PA - Employee(s) were observed performing roofing work activity on a 6 in 12 pitch residential roof without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of approximately 9 to 18 feet high to the ground below, on or about September 10, 2014. No abatement certification or documentation required.
