Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: a) Jobsite, 233 George Street, Green Roof - Employees repairing a roof leak were within 2 feet of an unprotected edge 10 feet above ground level without fall protection, observed on or about 8/14/14.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite, 233 George Street, Green Roof - An employee was repairing a leak within 2 feet of an unprotected edge 10 feet above ground level without being trained fall protection. The exposed employee did not know the trigger height for fall protection in construction on or about 8/14/14.
