29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system, or by the use of a safety monitoring system alone: (a) Higher Ground Roofing, LLC at 8133 E. 29th Place, Denver, CO 80238: On or before August 4, 2014, the exposing employer did not ensure their employee was protected from injury, in that an employee engaged in roofing activities on a flat roof of an apartment building was exposed to falls of approximately 36 feet (4 stories) without the use of an adequate fall protection system.
