29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets: (a) At the Manhattan Center Re-roof and HVAC replacement project in Tampa-The safety monitor system used was not effective and employees working on the roof were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet 7 inches on or about 09/10/2014.
