29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces: On or about September 10, 2014, at the work site, 2810 E. US Hwy 50, Garden City, Kansas, the employer had not evaluated the trailer compartment as a permit required confined space. Employee was exposed to hazards associated with engulfment and burns from hot distillers grain that fell into the trailer after the trailer tarp was cut.
