29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.     (a) TownePlace Suites, Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania - Employees performing roofing work on the west side of the five story tall building were not utilizing a fall protection system or equipment and were exposed to a fall of over 50 feet on or about September 10, 2014.    Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.    The Richard L. Sensenig Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314241357, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 4, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 400 Hanover Street, Birdsboro, Pennsylvania.    The Richard L.
