29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required.  a) The employer failed to provide documentation demonstrating the abatement methods and completion as cited in Citation1 for hazards associated with 1-1) no frequent and regular inspection program being maintained in use by a competent person knowledgeable of roofing fall protection regulation requirement to ensure the job site, materials and equipment such as residential roofing fall protection devices and or systems were being maintained and utilized in a safe condition.
