29 CFR 1910.36(g)(1): Ceiling of an exit route was not at least seven feet six inches. Any projection from the ceiling must not reach a point less than six feet eight inches from the floor: a) On or about September 10, 2014 and at times prior, employees were exposed to serious injuries from a platform that had a ceiling height of five feet and three inches. The platform was used by the employees as an exit route from the office located at the second level. The ceiling of the platform was not at least seven feet six inches.
