Located on the front porch roof deck along the exterior area of the residential structure a self-supported tubular welded frame scaffold system was not erected and used properly under the supervision of a qualified competent person in that standard guardrails or personal fall arrest systems were not erected or completely utilized.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. Located on the front porch roof deck along the front exterior area of the residential home structure an employee was observed working from a self-supported tubular welded frame scaffolding system that was not protected by standard guardrails or personal fall arrest systems exposing the employee to fall potentials in excess of 20 feet.
