OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.    (a) Building 1 against the north wall at 525 W. Congress Street, Pacific, MO 63069: Employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard due to a possible unplanned collapse of large storage racks already in use and found to be insufficiently secured near the press area.    (b) Building 2 at 525 W. Congress Street, Pacific, MO 63069: Employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard due to a possible unplanned collapse of at least 27 storage racks already in use and found to be insufficiently secured throughout the facility, including areas near employee workstations.     (c) Building 3 at 525 W. Congress Street, Pacific, MO 63069: Employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard due to a possible unplanned collapse of all storage racks inside the facility; the shelving units were found to be already in use and insufficiently secured, including near employee workstations.     (d) Behind building 2 at 525 W. Congress Street, Pacific, MO 63069: Employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard due to a possible unplanned collapse of four sections of storage racks already in use and found to be insufficiently secured.     Walker Products was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314563669, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/05/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 525 W. Congress Street, Pacific, MO 63069.

Congress Street, Pacific, MO 63069: The employer failed to provide adequate machine guarding for employees working near the undercarriage of the two dip lines, exposing employees to ingoing nip points and rotating parts.     (b) Building 1 kit line assembly area at 525 W. Congress Street, Pacific, MO 63069: The large tray former (Klickloc JR 414) has an inadequately guarded wheel that exposes employees to the rotating part while in operation.
