29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points.  Employees were exposed to smoke inhalation and burn hazards and employees were not provided an adequate exit route for emergency use and the exit route from the kitchen into the main facility was reduced to 14-inches wide because food carts were stored along the exit route wall leading to the exit.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  Employees working in the dish cleaning and sanitizing area of the kitchen used bulk corrosive chemicals and were not provided a suitable emergency eyewash for emergency use.  The following corrosives were used:  a)  First Mark Delimer;  b)  Ecotemp Ultra Klene;  c)  Ultra Lime-A-Way; and  d)  Ultra San.
