The Airmaster Company fan, Model#EMC42D recently had a plug replaced which was not certified by the fan manufacturer, occurred on or about 09/11/2014.  a) ARCO - 250 Daniels Way, Burlington NJ:  The employer did not ensure listed, labeled, or certified equipment was used as required.  The Airmaster Company fan, Model#EMC42D was used in areas were there was the potential for exposure to water,  observed on or about 09/11/2014.
