29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:     (a)   Roker Construction, LLC at 2956 Haflinger Dr., Fort Collins, CO 80525:  On and before August 13, 2014, the exposing employer failed to ensure that employees engage in framing activities above 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected from falling by use of a fall protection system. Employees on the roof of a residential home had exposure to a fall hazard from unprotected roof edges. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 18-20 feet.     (b)  Roker Construction, LLC at 2968 Haflinger Dr., Fort Collins, CO 80525:  On and before August 13, 2014, the exposing employer failed to ensure that employees engage in framing activities above 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected from falling by use of a fall protection system. Employees on the 2nd floor of a residential home had exposure to a fall hazard from unprotected sides. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9-10 feet.
