Equipment/ machinery that would require written equipment specific energy control procedures in the facility include but are not limited to Grinders, Rollers, Presses and augers.

As of October 9, 2014; at the facility there are 4 boot pits that are not labeled or otherwise affectively identified as permit required confined spaces such as but are not limited to the boots pits for the Blue Leg, 100 Bin and 4- Bins.
