29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Retraining was not conducted when inadequacies in an affected employee's knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicate that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill: (a) Jobsite, Frick Building, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about 09/17/14 retraining had not been conducted when an employee was observed working at heights up to 16 feet without fall protection systems in place indicating the employee had not retained the understanding or skill needed to protect them from potential fall hazards.
