29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: House crawl space near the central heating and air conditioning installation: On or about September 17, 2014, and times prior to, an employee was replacing a conductive gas line where he worked around an energized electrical cable. The employee was not trained on safety-related work practices. This exposed the employee to the hazard of electrical shock.

29 CFR 1910.333(a): Safety-related work practices were not employed to prevent electric shock or other injuries resulting from either direct or indirect electrical contacts, when work was performed near or on equipment or circuits which were or could be energized: House crawl space near the central heating and air conditioning installation: On or about September 17, 2014, and times prior to, an employee replacing a conductive gas line was working around an energized electrical cable which was not disconnected from its source. This exposed the employee to the hazard of electrical shock.
