29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(3): Following a report of an exposure incident, the employer did not make immediately available to the exposed employee a confidential medical evaluation or follow-up: (a) At the Hyde Park Center for Aesthetic Dentistry, located at 1407 West Swann Avenue, Tampa, FL, a confidential medical evaluation was not made immediately available to an employee who was exposed to a needle stick on or about 07/09/2014. The medical evaluation was not made available until approximately 36 1/2 hours after the exposure.
