29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, and rotating parts:  a) 81 County Line Road, Whitehouse Station, NJ 08889: Employees were exposed to rotating parts on the Hydra-Roll machine due to missing guarding at the rear of the machine.  Condition occurred on or about September 17, 2014.

29 CFR 1910.179(n)(4)(i): The upper limit switch of each hoist was not tried out under no load, at the beginning of each operator's shift:  a) 81 County Line Road, Whitehouse Station, NJ 08889 - Pre-Stress Concrete Pipe Building: Employer allowed employees to use a Harrington 5-ton trolley crane prior to testing the upper limit switch under no load to determine if limit switch was operational.   Condition occurred on or about September 17, 2014.
