The carbon monoxide exposure was determined by calculation based on carboxyhemoglobin (COHb) measurement provided by Crestwood Medical Center. (b) On or about 09/15/14 - Baking area, an employee performing baking work was exposed to 156.2 ppm carbon monoxide as an 8-hour TWA. The carbon monoxide exposure was determined by calculation based on carboxyhemoglobin (COHb) measurement provided by Crestwood Medical Center.
