29 CFR 1910.184(c)(14): Employers allowed the use of slings without affixed and legible identification markings: Oil rig floor, center of Patterson 233 oil rig, on or about September 19, 2014, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard by lifting the measurement wide drilling tool with a double wire rope sling that did not have the identification tag attached.
