29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  At a jobsite in Rockford, Illinois, employees performing roofing operations on a 12:12 pitch commercial roof, approximately 8.5 feet above grade were not using any method of fall protection.  Employees were exposed to falling to the ground level.  Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
