29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about September 18, 2014, at 10100 Royal Palm. Blvd. Coral Springs, FL, 33065, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 16 feet while performing roofing activities on the roof of an apartment complex without the use of conventional fall protection. Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 910718, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 4, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4680 Mimosa Place, Coconut Creek, Florida, 33093.
