Nor did the employer post and maintain proper warning signs and advise employee(s) of the power circuit as required:    (a) On or about 09/17/14 - Byrd Springs Substation, 7610 Memorial Parkway SW, Huntsville, Alabama, employees were exposed to overhead high voltage electrical lines while pouring and finishing a concrete pad.  -

29 CFR 1926.702(h): Bull float handles, used where they might contact energized electrical conductors, were not constructed of nonconductive material or insulated with a nonconductive sheath whose electrical and mechanical characteristics provided the equivalent protection of a handle constructed of nonconductive materials:    (a) On or about 09/17/14 - Byrd Springs Substation, 7610 Memorial Parkway SW, Huntsville, Alabama, an employee finishing a concrete pad in a live transformer substation with an aluminum handle bull float brush contacted high voltage electrical lines.
