Employees were not provided with readily accessible material data safety sheets for the floor stripping chemical that is stored at the site.

Employees were not provided with effective information and training when a new hazard was introduced into their work area. Specifically employees were not provided with effective information for the floor stripping chemical that is stored at the establishment.
