BY THIS DATE THE EMPLOYER MUST EITHER CORRECT THE ALLEGED VIOLATION(S) OR IMPLEMENT A FIRE SAFETY POLICY, AS OUTLINED IN 29 CFR 1910.38 WHICH INCLUDES THE EVACUATION REQUIREMENTS OF 29 CFR 1910.157(b).
