CFR 1926.501(b) (13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a)Marbin Mejia Roofing @ 6503 E. 62nd Way, Commerce City, CO 80022: On or before September 23, 2014, as part of the injury/accident prevention responsibilities, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees while working from a 6-in-12 pitch roof on a two-story residential home. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet eave to ground.
