29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy. a) Location-1144 River Road-Fabrication Area- Employer did not have specifically outlined steps for shutting down, isolation, blocking and securing machines to control hazardous energy. Specific steps to lock out tag out procedures were not available for the cranes, Standard (brand) AS625-10 Shear, Standard Bender ModelAB 325-12. Observed on 8/5/14. Note: No abatement certification or documentation required.
