29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: On or about 18 September, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was working from a man made basket attached to a forklift, exposing the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet.
