29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Location: Osprey Run Townhomes located at 6569 Osprey Lake Cir. Riverview, FL 33578. a. Employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 10 feet to the ground while removing old roof shingles in that no personal fall arrest system or any other conventional fall protection was being used. b. Employees were installing roof sheeting on a 6 in 12 slope roof and exposed to a fall hazard of 20 feet to the ground in that their harnesses were not tied off to a lanyard.
