Riverview, FL 33578.  a.  Employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 10 feet to the ground while removing old roof shingles in that no personal fall arrest system or any other conventional fall protection was being used.  b.  Employees were installing roof sheeting on a 6 in 12 slope roof and exposed to a fall hazard of 20 feet to the ground in that their harnesses were not tied off to a lanyard.
