29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(ii)(D): The employer did not ensure that all medical evaluations and procedures including the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series were provided according to recommendations of the U.S. Public Health Service: (a) HCR Manor Care - The employer did not ensure that employee(s) received the hepatitis B vaccination series in a timely manner and within the timeframe recommended by the Center for Disease Control guidelines, on or about September 25, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
