29 CFR 1910.213(b)(3): Provisions were not made to prevent woodworking machine(s) from automatically restarting upon restoration of power after power failure:  Mule Barn-   (a) The Rockwell planer was not equipped with a device to prevent the equipment from restarting after loss of power.  (b) The Delta drill press, SN 8641, was not equipped with a device to prevent the equipment from restarting after loss of power.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating  at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):  Care Taker's Quarters-  (a) Four light fixtures in the bathroom above the sink had missing light bulbs, exposing employees to electrical shocks from unguarded live parts.   Bureau of Land Management was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910. 303(g)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 950982, Citation Number 2, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 03/21/2014 with respect to a work place located at, Mill City, OR and contained in OSHA Inspection Number 577858, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/05/2012 with respect to a work place located at Ft. Rock, OR.  Note: Abatement certification and supporting documentation are required for these items.

29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective:  Care Taker's Quarters- (a) The 110 volt receptacle was tested and found without a ground circuit, exposing worker to electrical shocks.   Bureau of Land Management was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910. 304(g)(5), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 978183, Citation Number 1, Item Number 6, and was affirmed as a final order on 07/02/2014 with respect to a work place located at, Ft. Wainwright, AK and contained in OSHA Inspection Number 978228, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 07/02/2014 with respect to a work place located at Ft. Wainwright, AK.  Note: Abatement certification and supporting documentation are required for these items.
