Bureau of Land Management was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910. 303(g)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 950982, Citation Number 2, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 03/21/2014 with respect to a work place located at, Mill City, OR and contained in OSHA Inspection Number 577858, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/05/2012 with respect to a work place located at Ft. Rock, OR.  Note: Abatement certification and supporting documentation are required for these items.
